Mr. Guercio is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all New York State courts. Mr. Guercio is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Guercio was an Assistant District Attorney in the Major Crime Bureau of the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office. While in law school, Mr. Guercio interned with the United States Attorney's Office, District of Delaware and Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Mr. Guercio joined the firm in September 2003 and currently advises school districts in general counsel and labor matters. |
