Ms. Kahn is a graduate of Brandeis University and earned her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Kahn was employed as Associate General Counsel to a publicly traded banking corporation and in private real estate practice. Ms. Kahn has interned in the areas of commercial and appellate litigation as well as education and labor and employment law. While in law school, Ms. Kahn participated in Moot Court and served as a Student Ambassador for the Director of Admissions of Hofstra University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kahn served as an intern for a Suffolk County Supreme Court Judge. Ms. Kahn is certified in elementary education and has taught in school districts both in Massachusetts and on Long Island. She is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association Education Law Committee. Ms. Kahn currently advises public school districts in general counsel, special education and labor matters. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations. Ms. Kahn is admitted to practice in New York State Courts.
