Mr. Spencer is a graduate of Hofstra Univesity School of Law, Hempstead, New York .  He is admitted to practice in New York State courts.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Prosecutor's Association and the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association.  Mr. Spencer was previously employed as an Assistant District Attorney to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office.  He has lectured at the Southampton Town Police Department.   Mr. Spencer is experienced before the Appellate Division, Second Department and has successfully appeared before the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.  Mr. Spencer joined the firm in 2005.
