Partner Kathy Ahearn was asked to make a presentation on the “Legal Framework of Higher Education in New York State” on December 12, 2011, to the Shanghai Education Commission, which is visiting from China. The Commission will be visiting Los Angeles, Washington D.C., New York and Toronto, Canada and has been tasked by the Chinese Ministry with studying higher education in the United States and Canada. The meeting is being hosted by New York University
