This conference is presented jointly by the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations' Education Law Committees, and is intended for attorneys, school board members, school district administrators, teachers and union representatives. Nassau County Tax Certiori Refund Guarantee Litigation - On October 8, 2009, the Honorable Ute Lally, Justice of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, issued a Memorandum Decision in Corbin v.
