Historical Overview
In its present form, our office opened with three attorneys in 1984. Since that time, we have grown at a controlled and steady pace. Through an ongoing process of hiring experienced attorneys and new attorneys possessed of commitment and excellent qualifications the firm has grown to include eighteen attorneys. The attorneys who have joined us have been attracted by the dynamic nature of our practice, the collegiality of our office atmosphere, and the opportunities offered by our firm. The firm’s growth has continued in both good and bad economic environments, including periods during which many other New York firms were contracting significantly.
There is a premium today on efficiency. Guercio & Guercio, LLP has acquired the tools to conduct research, document management, and client service with speed and reliability. The firm is highly computerized. Our systems continuously manage documents through technology, including client-standardized documents. We have the capability to conduct research electronically, limited only by the speed of a computer modem. Our attorneys are committed to being highly accessible to our clients, and virtually all attorneys on our staff maintain residence telephone listings in local area directories.
