On October 21, 2014, Governor Cuomo signed into law an amendment to Section 305 of the Education Law relating to instruction in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (“CPR”) and the use of automated external defibrillators (“AEDs”) in senior high schools (Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2014).
