Ms. Nicole Murphy is a graduate of Rollins College and New York Law School. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Ms. Murphy was an associate at a firm specializing in representing union members in a variety of matters relating to their employment, specifically employment disciplinary hearings. Ms. Murphy further provided guidance and advice to union leaders and representatives regarding issues directly affecting their members' rights with respect to Civil Service employment. Ms. Murphy also represented union members and their family members in criminal and family law matters in state court. Prior to that Ms. Murphy was an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, NY. Ms. Murphy evaluated, investigated and prepared felony cases for either disposition or trial in Brooklyn Supreme Court. Finally, Ms. Murphy tried numerous cases before a jury and received successful verdicts.
