Awadh Anwar Khan is an Associate with the firm. Prior to joining Guercio & Guercio, LLP, Mr. Khan practiced law in Pakistan for more than six years, representing corporate, governmental, and private clients in a broad range of litigation and advisory matters, including commercial, constitutional, employment, regulatory, and administrative law.
He has experience appearing before trial and appellate courts, including the High Courts of Pakistan. Before entering private practice, Mr. Khan served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Mr. Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Mr. Khan earned his LL.M. in American Law from the Boston University School of Law in 2024. He received his LL.B. (Hons.) from University College Lahore, affiliated with the University of London, where he was admitted to the University's Roll of Honor and served as President of the University College Association of Debaters.
Mr. Khan is admitted to practice in New York and Pakistan.
