John J. Horn

Mr. John J. Horn (Jack) received his B.B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Loyola University Maryland in May 2019. He earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in May 2025. During law school, Mr. Horn was an active member of Hofstra's Labor and Employment Law Journal (HLELJ), where he served as an Articles Editor during his final year. While a member of HLELJ, Mr. Horn drafted an academic note about the impact of automation on the collective bargaining rights of longshoremen. He had the privilege of presenting his research to the Nassau County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Committee in June 2024.

Mr. Horn also interned for the Honorable Conrad D. Singer of the Nassau County Supreme Court. He has experience in providing litigation support for cases brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the New York Labor Law, and the New York State Human Rights Law.
