La Wanda Williams-Isreal

La Wanda Williams-Isreal is a veteran litigator with a strong appreciation for alternative dispute resolution. She applies a comprehensive approach to advocacy that advances the needs of her clients. La Wanda has been affiliated with Guercio & Guercio since 2019. Yet, her experience representing school districts began in 2006. As an Education Law attorney La Wanda ensures that her clients comply with state and federal laws while meeting the social and academic needs of children.  She represents school districts in Labor and Employment matters as well as in civil lawsuits. La Wanda co-created a continuing legal education course entitled Winning Your Case at the Deposition: Effective Tools for the Successful Litigator when she was a member of the Tort Litigation Committee for the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. La Wanda also engages in community services as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and as Director of the Young Entrepreneurs Training Program.
