Christopher F. Mestecky is a partner with Guercio and Guercio, LLP. Mr. Mestecky graduated summa cum laude from St. John's University where he majored in English and Government and Politics. He graduated magna cum laude from St. John's University School of Law where he served as a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and graduated in the top 2% of his class. Mr. Mestecky is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Mestecky joined the firm in 2005. He concentrates on general counsel and labor matters for school districts, construction litigation as well as personal injury litigation. He has been actively engaged in court litigation in school related matters, including construction matters and employee and student discipline matters. Mr. Mestecky attends and participates in conferences held by the New York State School Boards Association and the New York State Association of School Attorneys.
