Maria Casamassa concentrates her practice on general and labor counsel to school districts, civil litigation, and personal injury matters. She brings a strong academic foundation and a public-service mindset to her work with clients. Ms. Casamassa earned her Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, where she served as Executive Publications Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and published scholarly research on student loan debt discharge. During law school, she was actively involved in pro bono and public interest initiatives, including immigration and refugee advocacy, and served as a judicial intern in the Eastern District of New York. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Tulsa, with concentrations in Business Management and Business Law and a minor in Spanish.

John Bradley is a member of the firm's Personal Injury and Civil Litigation practice groups and is recognized for his courtroom experience and strong client advocacy. He graduated magna cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a member of the Touro Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Bradley served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department, defending the City of New York and its employees in negligence and civil rights actions and trying cases before juries across all five boroughs. At Guercio & Guercio, LLP, he continues to represent victims of negligence and misconduct with a results-driven approach. He also volunteers as a high school mock trial coach, mentoring students in trial advocacy.
