The firm is pleased to announce that on July 15th, Partner Christie R. Jacobson presented at the 2025 Summer Law Conference hosted by the New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA) on the topic of: "Title IX - A Return to the Past and Competing State Obligations".

The presentation covered the return to 2020 Title IX regulations and how it affects a school district's anti-discrimination policies and practices and the processing of sex-based discrimination complaints. It also reviewed the impact of state level obligations that provide greater protections in this area of law.
