Fasano will be presenting at the 2026 District Clerk Workshop hosted by the New York State School Boards Association on Wednesday, September 23^rd from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The presentation, "Don't Get FOILed by Records Requests," will cover the requirements for appropriate and timely responses to records requests under the Freedom of Information Law, and provide a better understanding of what goes into responding to requests to aid your district in avoiding costly FOIL litigation.
