Senior Partner Anthony J. Fasano will be presenting on behalf of the New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS) on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.

Part of the 2026 Winter Institute & Lobby Day: Advancing Innovation Empowerment Transformation for Leading and Learning, the presentation, Effective Use of the 3020-a Process, will walk Superintendents through the 3020-a process with an eye towards understanding progressive discipline, resolving disciplinary matters prior to a hearing, coordinating with union leadership, and changing the culture of buildings. It will also cover investigations, witness preparations, and applicable timelines and will help attendees better understand types of appropriate discipline to better effectuate pre-charge settlement agreements.
