The firm is pleased to announce that Senior Partner Anthony J. Fasano will be presenting at the 2025 Fall Leadership Summit hosted by the New York State Council of School Superintendents (NYSCOSS). The presentation, "Restricting Access to School District Property," will explore the various legal issues that arise when a school district bans or otherwise prevents access to its premises, including the use of the "no trespass" letter, and will provide a deeper understanding of how to properly document incidents in preparation for a restriction, and how to create no trespass or ban letters that will uphold legal scrutiny.
