Partners Lisa Hutchinson and Anthony Fasano will each present at the 20th Annual School Attorney Law Conference held at The Sagamore, Bolton Landing, New York, from May 29, 2020, to May 31, 2020. Ms. Hutchinson will present “Hidden Champions: Recognizing and Overcoming Imposter Syndrome” on May 30 at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This presentation will explore the five types of imposter syndrome and suggest best practices for eradicating it from your workforce. Mr. Fasano will present “Instant Replay: We'll See About That” on May 30 at 10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. This presentation will cover the role of the school attorney in conducting investigations, with a particular focus on the Dignity for All Students Act, Title IX, Personnel, and the Child Victims Act.
