On October 27, 2015, the Board of Regents (“Regents”) amended §100.19 of the Commissioner's regulations pertaining to school receivership to add provisions relating to collective bargaining and the resolution of unresolved bargaining issues. The new provisions, which take effect immediately, are summarized in a memorandum that is available to our clients in the client portal.
